
December 1, 2024 – IACT successfully convened the introductory session for its 23rd 2-Star Tea Tasting and Sommelier Course. This session marks a significant expansion of the program, being offered for the first time with a dedicated focus on tea enthusiasts in the United States while also providing a valuable refresher opportunity for previous trainees.
The introductory meeting provided a comprehensive overview of the forthcoming course, structured around five key pillars:
